Casey's Linen Service Website
A service website that introduces a commercial linen operation through clear navigation, focused imagery and direct enquiry paths.

Project overview
Translating a multi-service operation into a clear customer journey
The Casey's Linen Service website introduces a commercial laundry and linen-hire business through a focused desktop experience. The approved opening view places the brand within a concise navigation structure covering the company, its clients, services and contact.
A full-width table setting establishes the service context immediately, while the page continues into the business story. The live website allows visitors to move beyond the recorded opening view and explore the completed customer journey.
01Information architecture
The business, made easier to navigate
The navigation is organised around the questions a prospective customer is likely to bring to the site: who the business is, who it works with, what it provides and how to make contact. Each question has a clear destination without crowding the opening view.
That structure creates a straightforward foundation for a multi-service B2B website. It helps visitors locate the right context while keeping the journey toward service information and enquiry visible.
About Us
A direct route into the company and its story.
Our Clients
A dedicated place for customer and sector context.
Services
The operational offer has a clear top-level destination.
Contact Us
The enquiry path remains visible in the primary navigation.
02Art direction
A visual introduction rooted in the service
The opening image shows a dressed table, folded linen and place settings. It communicates the context of Casey's Linen Service before the visitor reaches supporting copy, using the work itself as the first visual cue.
The centred logo and light header keep the identity present without competing with the image. The composition then leads into the “Get to know us” section, moving naturally from first impression to company information.

03Customer journey
Moving from impression to information
The first screen creates recognition; the navigation and following section give that recognition somewhere to go. Visitors can continue into company information, client context, services or contact depending on what they need to understand next.
Additional approved captures will make that movement visible in the case study. The reserved positions below are intentionally labelled so real About, Clients, Services and Contact screens can replace them without introducing assumed page content.
Replace with an approved capture from the live service journey.

Presenting the site beyond one screen
The repository includes an approved desktop capture and a live URL, but no dedicated mobile screenshot. The existing image can lead the story while the live website provides access to the current responsive build.
A future mobile capture and short scroll-through can complete the device story. Those assets can show how the same navigation, brand and service hierarchy adapt to a narrower setting without relying on unsupported descriptions.
